Your actions are turning your own citizens into extremists. You have waged a war of attrition on freedom, whittled away at rights earned in blood. You have spun your propaganda, argued with the masses that you were doing it for our own good. So I ask you, what good is that? What ends justify these means? What world would you have us live in, in exchange for our freedom. How long do you think your glass house will stand when you continue to throw stones? We are watching you, from our windows, from our computer screens, from the very edge of our sanity. An edge, mind you, that you have pushed us to.
You provoke the sleeping giants. You think you're safe behind your laws and locked doors? I write these words, not as a threat, but as a warning. You have gone too far, your greed and hunger for power is exposed beneath your ill-fitting suits. You declare war on us, on our rights, on our responsibility to provide a proper home for future generations. You intimidate, harass, detain, and kill your enemies. Are you sure you want to threaten a nation who, historically, has fought so violently against the despots whose uniforms you wear so well? Do you honestly believe, in the core of your shriveled black hearts, that we are truly placated by your illusions? That we are the weak? I love my country, because I know my country. I can feel the undercurrent of dissatisfaction quivering beneath their surfaces. I can see the frustration and anger, even if you can't. Your laws become ineffective when you've created an entire nation unwilling to abide by them. Hold those statutes close, and we'll see how well they protect you in the end.
